Final Sale Policy

All items redeemed from Barstool Sportsbook and theScore Merch Promotions are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo showing the the damaged area of the item with clear view of the full item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase. 

We reserve the right to limit replacements, and to track requests initiated from the same players. If we believe that a player has been or is likely to take advantage of our replacement policy, we reserve the right to deny replacements to any player or request the player send the original item back to us for inspection before an item can be replaced.
