What is the status of my order?

Made-to-order items for special events and promotions may take up to 6 weeks to process and ship. Check the order confirmation email next to each line item for your specific processing time. An email confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the email address provided. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second email with tracking details. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not started processing, we'll do our best to accommodate any request for any address changes. Once your order has processed we cannot make any changes to sizes. Please choose your size carefully as these are made-to-order items and your size is specifically requested at time of ordering for printing.

How long does shipping take?


Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping takes 3 - 8 business days for delivery on U.S. orders. 

Where do we ship?
We ship orders to addresses within the United States only.
